Returns/Refunds Policy

RETURNS:  

These kits are custom made/assembled per order. 

We will exchange a kit for one of similar value, or offer a credit towards a future purchase (provided it is returned in its original, unused, resellable condition).

Exhange or Credit Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

If for some reason a kit is defective, we will replace the product after it has been returned to us along with a written request.

Larger returned orders are considered a custom order and are not refundable. 

If the tracking on your package shows the order as “delivered”, we are no longer responsible for your order. Your issue would now have to been taken up with the US Postal service.

Privacy Policy

     PinstripeKits.com knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. 

     We only gather and retain records of your past orders along with your email address and shipping address for future Customer Service and correspondence. 

      We do not share this or sell this information

                      to any party, whatsoever.  

Product Warranty

   We warranty our pinstripe kits for 5 years provided the product was installed correctly as per our installation videos and instructions, and reasonable care was taken with them.

   This warranty does not cover unreasonable normal wear and tear such as using harsh power-washers on them, harsh chemicals and cleaners, unproven sealants, abnormal weather conditions, etc.

   If you have a rare problem with your pinstripes, please provide us several pictures documenting your problem, along with your receipt - when calling or emailing.

   We want to make sure our customers are happy and content with our pinstripe kits for the long-term.  Our pinstripes are  manufactured using 3M material.  They are the highest quality and most reliable available -  possessing the best longevity for vehicle pinstriping that we are aware of. 

   We weather-test our stripes, always striving to manufacture the best pinstripe kits possible.  If you are having a legitimate issue - call us.  We will try as best we can to make it right!
